Frequently Asked Questions

What does it cost to relace a glove?  Costs generally vary based on the amount of lacing work required, size/type of glove, etc.  Adult fielders glove full relaces start at $89.95+tax and 1B/Catcher's Mitts start at $104.95+tax, which includes lace removal, leather cleaning, relacing (any color), & application of leather conditioner.  Trapeze web lacing, rear finger hole skiv lacing, padding, and pinky/thumb loop replacement(s) can be added for an extra cost.  You may contact us for a free quote by sending us photos of the glove and a brief description of the work you need completed.

What is the typical turnaround time?  Typically 2-3 days for spot repairs, and 4-7 days for full relace jobs.  We do gloves on a first come-first serve basis and times may fluctuate based on the time of year.  

What lace colors are available?  Tan, Black, Red, Pink, White, Chocolate Brown,  Caramel, Sky Blue, Royal Blue, Carolina Blue, Deep Blue, Classic Navy, Rock Blue, Turqoise, Camel Beige, Ivory, Limestone, Tangerine Orange, Lime Green, Leaf Green, Deep Green, Teal, Grey, Purple, Magenta, Orchid, Yellow, Cinnamon, and Red Brown.  You may also provide us with third party lacing, if preferred.

When do I pay and what form(s) of payment are accepted?  We invoice following completion and accept several forms of payment, including debit/credit, ApplePay/GooglePay, Venmo, and cash.  

Can you replace my broken thumb/pinky loop?  Yes!  We can cut out your old loop and replace with a new loop that is laced into the heel of the glove.  We also have thumb/pinky loops for every lace color we carry so the new loop can match your new lace color.

It hurts my hand when I catch the ball, can you add padding?  Yes!  We can replace or add more padding, as needed.  All padding is custom cut and sized for your glove and is installed with pocket glove grease to keep it held in place.  

Can you repair broken stitching/thread?  Yes, we provide minor patching and sewing services.  

Can you completely replace the interior of my glove that has torn up?  While we offer repair and patching services, we do not completely replace interior leather.

Can you swap out my glove pocket/web with a brand new one?  While we do not stock pockets/webs (due to the wide variety of styles/sizes), we do work with several suppliers to help find a suitable web replacement.
